Toothbrush Rug Instructions?

I am just wondering if anyone has the instructions to make a toothbrush rug? I know there are some kits I can order online, but I only want the pattern. Thanks!

1. what you do is cut many strips of fabric and sew the ends together so you have a long stripe. now all you do is take three strips and start braiding. when you are done you work the braids into a spiral and sew it as you go. warning: when sewing the braids it will be thick and tricky to do.
