  1. eed: depends on where you get it. grain is often between $10 and $30 per bag, and you may go through 1 or more bags a month. hay is usually between $10 and $25 per bale, and you may use between 15 and 30 bales per month. worming: you worm your horse every 6 weeks. the syringe kind is most common, and i think it works best. treatments vary in price, usually between $5 and $15, though there are super expensive ones for $55 or more. shoes: farrier visits are usually about $40 for trimming, $80 for two shoes, $120 for full shoes. this is done every 6-8 weeks. prices may vary depending on where you live. vet: the vet should visit once or twice a year. this can cost between $50 and $500 depending on what your horse needs to have done. don't forget boarding, unless you can keep it at your house in which case you need a one-acre paddock at least, and a barn that meets the livestock requirements for your area. if you will be boarding it, it can be between $200 and $600 a month, depending on the facilities, services, and if the horse is in a paddock or stall. don't forget all the equipment. the minimal amount of stuff is usually a halter ($10-$30), lead rope ($5-$10), saddle ($200-$1000), bridle ($30-$200), blankets ($30-$200 - you may need multiple), buckets ($10-$20 - unless the barn provides them), grooming kit ($20-$40 - you need a rubber or plastic curry, shedding blade, dandy brush, soft brush, hoof pick, and some sponges), and then theres more stuff you may need depending on the horse and how you work it.
