Where can I find the instructions book for a Caron 4677 Butterfly Latch-Hook Kit?

2 Months ago I purchased the Caron 4677 Butterfly Latch-Hook Kit to give to my grandmother and i had just got the time to do it today and I don't have the instruction book P.S. I know it has the template on the net but its slightly different than the template in the book I just want the insructions book not the whole set
